poponin is an arts and crafts venue offering a whole range of creative activities which involves; drawing, painting, claywork, sewing, junk modelling and much more.  To get the most out of this club enjoyment of all types of arts and crafts activities is highly recommended.

Holiday clubs are payable in advance on receipt of confirmation of booking.  Unpaid sessions are not fully secure.  Non payment can result in the booking being released particularly in periods of high demand. It is your responsibility to make payment within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation.

If you need to cancel a booking please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Booking cancellations/changes policy: Changes to bookings can be made up to 5 days prior and if cancelled will receive a full refund.  Changes to the time of your booked session can be made and will be accommodated, space allowing.  Cancellation of your booking, 4 days prior will be refunded if the space can be filled, at which point poponin will automatically arrange a refund.  Changes or cancellations 48 hours in advance of any booked session will receive a 50% refund or can be re-scheduled within a 1 week period, space allowing.  Changes after 48 hours, to the booking date, will not receive a refund.

Missed or unattended sessions on the day of your booking will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If your child has been ill, inclusive of nausea or upset stomach less than 48 hours prior to your booking, we would ask you not to attend for the health and wellbeing of others and our team.  Any paid session can be re-scheduled within a 2 week period, subject to availability and session times.

Please let us know if you cannot make a booked session at least 48 hours in advance, at which time the cancellation policy applies.  In the case of sickness as soon as possible so we can re-schedule your booking.

It is your responsibility to drop off your child saftely and collect your child on time.

It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes from the time your registration form was submitted to the time of your booked session.

Any items left behind after a days session, poponin will endeavour to make contact with everyone who attended. All items will automatically be responsibly disposed of within 2 weeks of a booked session unless agreed otherwise. When a request is made to keep items these will be held at poponin for a short time after which they will be responsibly disposed of.  If you find you have any item(s) missing please contact us immediately.

Please ensure the snacks/pack lunch you provide your child follows the same guidelines as those of school ie please ensure NO NUTS.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late to collect your  child.

If some one other than the person indicated on the registration form is collecting your child you must let poponin know otherwise we will not release your child.

poponin is officially exempt from the requirement to be Ofsted registered. That said we follow the guidelines, principles and ratio’s of Ofsted to ensure all visitors are well looked after, that responsible procedures and guidelines are in place and followed to ensure the safety, well being and enjoyment of all.

If you wish to call to speak with your child; you are very welcome to do so.

If your child didn’t have as good as time as they thought they would, please let us know as we want to make sure they are happy at poponin
