Party FAQ's

At poponin there are various ways your party can come together. Firstly the venue can be exclusively yours,  you choose the time slot that works best for you.  You can choose between a fully hosted party where we sort out everything including the food or you can manage the party food and we manage the games, or you can mange the party food and games.  In all options we manage the creative activities. Our flexible service is there to ensure you and your family have a great time.  The prices shown in our party options assumes you will be supplying the food and cake and managing  the games.

poponin holds parties on Saturday’s.  Other days are subject to availability, please do ask. Smaller group parties (6 or less) can be held on week days subject to availability and space.

poponin works with you to determine the maximum numbers of guests depending on the activity and age.  In many cases there is a minimum of 10 required.

poponin do not operate a pre-prescribed party program on their bespoke offering, we work within a framework which enables us to work with you to ensure that from the time the birthday guest arrives until the time they leave, they enjoy themselves.  Specific party options are available, please see our parties/gatherings page.

poponin endeavours to match activities to the age of the birthday girl or boy.  If the party person likes a particular colour or character, or type of activity, we try to pull those likes in.  To give an ideas crafting activities are varied and can be decorating ceramics, themed items, bags, t-shirts, pottery, masks, sand art and so much more.

poponin are continuously changing and adding to their range to keep things fresh and individual and to ensure they fit with the age group.
