You must register using the registration form to take part in this club/after school creative session.

By checking the Terms and Conditions box you agree to the following (please print for your records):

You have registered with poponin using the After School Registration form.

Bookings: a full term is required.

Payment: in advance.  An invoice will be issued for full term dates, excluding half term, with payment required before the first pick up date.  Payment can be made via bacs or credit card.  When paying  by credit card a payment link will be sent.

If your child is sick on the day of pickup please let poponin know as soon as possible to avoid any confusion at pickup times.

Missed sessions will not be refunded. 

If picking up earlier than your chosen time does not result in a reduction in session price.

All pickups are from the school office.  The poponin team member will be carrying a poponin branded flagpole.  Please ensure your class teacher and the school office know that your children will  be collected by poponin.  Please ask your class teacher to direct the children to the school office on the appropriate day.

Children will be driven to poponin, in the High Street of Hurstpierpoint, from your child’s school in a vehicle owned by the poponin team member and will walk from the parking area to poponin’s premises.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are confirming that you give permission for your child to be driven by a member of the poponin team from your child’s school directly to poponin.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late for pick up.  A fee of £5.00 will be added per 1/2 hour unless agreed otherwise.

If someone else is collecting your child, other than those named on the registration form please tell us as we will not let your child leave and will make contact with you or your emergency contact.

poponin cannot accept childcare vouchers or any form of childcare funding as we are not Ofsted registered. poponin is officially exempt from the requirement to be Ofsted registered because we are an arts and crafts facility and service. That said we follow the guidelines, principles and ratio’s of Ofsted to ensure all visitors are well looked after, that responsible procedures and guidelines are in place and followed to ensure the safety, well being and enjoyment of all.

Crate activities are not included in the After School Creative Club activities.

We do sometimes have films running for variety and fun as whilst art & creativity are fabulous we know sometimes kids just need a little mind rest.
